Gesto selected by the Government of Cabo Verde to assess the distributed solar potential

Gesto Energy Consulting selected by Cape Verde Government to assess the distributed solar generation and solar thermal generation potential throughout the entire archipelago of Cabo Verde.

The Government of Cabo Verde has the goal of continuously reducing its dependency on external fuel/energy sources, through the development of renewable energy project based on the usage of solar resources (individual Solar PV and Solar Thermal) in Cabo Verde’s energy portfolio.

The project is an opportunity for Gesto Energy Consulting to enhance its significant presence in Cabo Verde’s market. Gesto Energy Consulting is simultaneously developing several other parallel projects in Cabo Verde for the Europe Union (EU), Directorate General for Energy (DGE) and Electra (ELECTRA, SARL).
