PORTUGAL, NOVO CALHANDRIZ 12 MW SOLAR power plant CONNECTION

Gesto has successfully connected its latest solar power plant, Novo Calhandriz, to the national grid.

Located in Alverca do Ribatejo, in the Lisbon region, the Novo Calhandriz Solar PV Power Plant boasts a total installed capacity of 12 MWp. Construction began in late 2023, and the plant was successfully connected to E-REDES last week. It features 18.900 photovoltaic modules, spanning an area of 12 hectares.

This milestone marks a significant step for Gesto, as Novo Calhandriz will be the first power plant to be represented by the company in the Iberian energy market.
